Sanon Consulting offers outsourcing services for Human Resources and a job search support service to help organizations, teams and individuals work in a healthy environment. At Sanon Consulting we believe that happy employees are more productive, engaged, proactive and efficient.
Integrity is one of our organization’s core values. We believe that being open, straightforward and honest allows a relationship of mutual trust to develop between the two parties. A relationship based on integrity means that decisions can be made and implemented while continuously respecting our personal and organizational values and our professional ethics.
Another one of our core values is loyalty. We protect the interests, reputation and image of our partners with sincerity and contractual good faith.

Betty Sanon, the Founder & President holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ottawa in Communication and holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal. She is the author of Resistance to Organizational Change. Ms. Sanon has over 14 years of experience in the human resources field in both unionized and non-unionized environments.
